With over ten years of experience as a pastry chef in various Michelin-starred restaurants and courses with renowned pastry chefs, Jordy van Ettinger has become one of the best in his field. During this demonstration, Jordy will share his expertise in developing desserts, both in terms of taste and design. Recognizable flavors form the foundation of his creations, which he combines with an exciting twist that surprises and inspires.
His name has gained national and international recognition. As a former member of the Culinary Team The Netherlands He participated in international Olympiads. He also appeared as a guest judge on the TV program Masterchef Netherlands 2018 and in the renowned German TV show Kitchen Impossible.
