Celi Hermans
Celi of Sweet by Celi specializes in edible flowers and works with both cream and sugar. Her cream flowers are available in chocolate, buttercream, whipped cream, marshmallow, and cream cheese.
She graduated as a Master Instructor from KDCAA (Korea Design Cake Art Association), a foundation for Flower Designers, specialized in Cream Flowers.
She also represents the KDCAA in the Netherlands.
Cake decorating started as a hobby until she took a Wilton course
