Meet Szoni, the talent behind Mézi by Szoni, a Hungarian brand specializing in beautifully decorated gingerbread cookies. Szoni's passion for detail, color, and creativity shines through in her work, making her sessions fun and inspiring, packed with professional tips for bakers of all levels. I became a professional pastry chef in 2013 and discovered my passion for decorating gingerbread in 2021. Since then, it has become both my profession and my creative focus. Over the years, I've created countless gingerbread creations and taught workshops in Hungary and abroad.
Through years of experimentation, I have developed efficient, precise, and stress-free methods for decorating gingerbread.

The main focus of my work includes:
Practical workshops – guide participants step-by-step through the process of decorating gingerbread, suitable for both beginners and more experienced decorators.

MéziMáz Mix – my own product designed to make decorating at home easier and more fun. (Currently only available in Hungary.)

DIY Gingerbread Boxes – Complete kits for holidays and special occasions, including all the ingredients so you can make beautiful gingerbread at home.
You may have met me at Cake International, Cake&Bake, or other trade shows. These events are particularly close to my heart because they offer a unique opportunity to meet in person, connect, and have meaningful conversations.
