Petra Arnold

My name is Petra Arnold and I have been in the 'cake world' since 2012.
It's actually a hobby that got out of hand. And it still is. My specialty is sculpting with modeling paste and making fondant cakes.

I also have a Facebook group called Fondant Tutorials. I occasionally post tutorials there. I run it with my daughter Kira, and Michael Wehrmann joined as co-manager a few years ago. I also work as a registered nurse.

I've also won several awards at trade shows. It's wonderful to be able to teach people how to make something with modeling paste.
Of course, I also learn by attending workshops.
