Crazy Cake Event is the event for baking and sweet tooth enthusiasts! Here, they are looking for everything that can make their cakes, sweets, chocolate, and cookies even tastier and more beautiful. If you have the right products for this, we would love to welcome you as an exhibitor! 

Shop till you drop

You have the opportunity to introduce visitors to your products and share your ideas. The great advantage of participating is that the customer comes to you! You meet a large number of customers over the course of three days and have the opportunity to present your product in a unique way. Our visitors are primarily looking for new inspiration and products to put their acquired knowledge into practice! 

Workshops & demonstrations

The visitor experience takes center stage at Crazy Cake Event. Therefore, in addition to selling merchandise, workshops, demonstrations, and masterclasses may be offered. Would you enjoy leading workshops or giving a demonstration at Crazy Cake Event? Then we are looking for you!

What can you expect from us?

Consultancy

As the trade fair organizer, we are always at your disposal and are happy to help with all your questions before, during, and after the fair. We would love to explore various possibilities with you to make your participation extra special. Please contact us to discuss.

Free promotional material

You will receive a package of flyers and a number of admission tickets from us to distribute to your clients. This allows you to invite your business contacts to the trade fair. We will also put together an online media kit for you with various banners and photos to promote your participation online to your target audience. If the media kit is available, you can find it here.

Exhibitor badges

As an exhibitor, you will receive a badge for access to the exhibition floor. The exhibitor badges will be handed out at the exhibition.

Participants will be awarded 3 exhibitor badges per stand/booth. In case of misuse, the badges may be immediately revoked by the organizers. From 16m², you will receive one additional exhibitor badge per 8m².

By car

Zwolle
From Zwolle, take exit 21 from the A28 towards Ommen onto the N340. Via the N36 and N34, you will reach Hardenberg within 35 minutes.

Groningen, Assen and Hoogeveen
Follow the A28 until it becomes the N48 past Hoogeveen. Follow the Coevorderstraat/N377 and N343 to Hardenberg.

Enschede, Almelo and Hengelo
You can easily travel to Evenementenhal Hardenberg via the N36 (towards Vriezenveen) or the N343 (Oldenzaal Tubbergen).

With public transport

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Hardenberg Train Station (connection Zwolle – Emmen). You can find current travel times on www.ns.nl.

From Hardenberg station you can use:
Bus line 598 to Evenementenhal stop, Hardenberg.
Bus line 80 to the Nieuwe Haven stop. (2-minute walk to the hall).

Service
A FREE shuttle bus runs from the station.
