Nadia Flecha Guazo

Nadia, is the artist behind Chokolate Designs, she is a multi-disciplinary designer whose passion for art, chocolate, sculpting, flowers, and creativity led her to officially launch her business in 2012. Since then, she has constantly pushed the boundaries of cake design, developing new techniques and setting herself apart in the industry through her innovative work with wafer paper and modeling chocolate.

Driven by her passion for teaching, Nadia has spent years sharing her artistry with students around the world, transmitting her techniques in modeling chocolate and wafer paper.

Throughout these years, Nadia has earned multiple Gold Medals at Cake International, as well as the Modeling Excellence Award by Cake Masters Magazine in 2014. And lately she was crowned Champion of France in Cake Design at Deauville.

Today, Nadia also serves as a judge in international competitions, including Cake & Bake Germany in Dortmund, and proudly represents Belgium as a member of the Russian Cake Design World Corporation. Her dedication, artistry, and innovation continue to inspire the global cake design community.
